MALGORZATA PATOK

A FEW WORDS FROM THE FOUNDER

Paris, the 15th of October 2020

During my professional career I had an opportunity to develop skills that build a bridge between the worlds of sociology, art and business.

Sociologist and political scientist, I dedicated my Ph.D. research to the issues regarding work and organisational transformations in the context of European Union policies, and more precisely those of the European single market.

My professional experience in prestigious Parisian fashion houses has led me to solve specific organisational and communicational issues in the innovative and international fashion industry. This precious practice has served me a lot in both my research and my academic teaching.

In addition, the artistic environment in which I have been involved from a young age, first as a graduate of the National Ballet School in Poland, then as a dancer in professional companies in France, taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, creativity as well as team effort.

Teamwork requires being attentive to others, being spontaneous and the ability to adapt during live performances.

Having studied in multiple countries, I have always worked and evolved in an international environment. Consequently, I am constantly and actively interested in other cultures.

Through this research and consultancy firm, I would like to combine my interest in different forms of aesthetics, curiosity for the world, my analytical skills and knowledge of social mechanisms.

My ambition is to make the link between research and business worlds by proposing solutions to complex issues that emerge in our society.
